Shipping & Returns Policy

Our shipping rates are noted below:

 Express Delivery (1-2 Days)***

Under 1kg - £4.99

1kg-2kg - £5.99

2kg-5kg - £6.99

Standard Delivery (2-3 Days)

Under 1kg - £2.99

1kg-2kg - £4.99

2kg-5kg - £5.99

***To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed by 11am. 

Our shipping prices are dictated by the weight of the orders and is calculated automatically when you checkout. All orders placed will be shipped to our courier the same working day. You will be notified via email once an order has been dispatched to the courier.

For those wanting next day delivery, we will endeavour to achieve this if the order is placed before 11am, however we are aware that in some circumstances outside of our control, the courier may require an extra day for the product to be delivered, therefore, we cannot guarantee that it will be received the next working day.

 

Our delivery arrangements noted above apply to most UK mainland addresses. For areas that are remote or harder to get to for the courier, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery times may take longer.
 
If you are unsure whether your oder will qualify for next working day delivery, please feel free to contact us so we can confirm prior to the order.

All customers will receive a unique tracking code once the order has been processed so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

Please note that any orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or on weekends will be shipped to our courier the next working day.

Returns

We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction, but please review our returns policy below for instances where this is not the case:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and can arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you. The item(s) must be in exactly the same condition as you received it/them.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@thepestcollective.co.uk to report the issue and we can help you with the return address.

  2. Pack the item securely, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

  3. Securely ship the package to the address provided by us.

Refunds and Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will issue your refund immediately. Please note it can take varying times for your payment processor to process the payment which is outside of our control. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
